Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period: All products sold by MedicLine.pl  are covered by a one-year warranty in accordance with European Union law. The warranty begins on the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Scope: The warranty covers factory defects and does not include damages caused by misuse, neglect, natural wear and tear, product modification, improper storage, or any other actions that are beyond our control.

3. Claims and Returns: To make a claim, contact our customer service department at biuro@medicline.pl with your order number, date of purchase, description of the problem, and any photos documenting the product defect. We will try to process your claim as quickly as possible, but the final deadline is 14 days from the date of receipt of the claim. If the claim is recognized, we will refund the full purchase price or exchange the product for a new one.

4. Right to Withdraw from the Contract: Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The product must be returned in an undamaged condition. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer.

5. After-sales Services: If there are problems with the product after the warranty period, please contact our customer service department. We always strive to help our customers keep their products in good condition.
