Shipping costs in the MedicLine.pl online store depend on the selected delivery method:

Dear Customers,
We make every effort to ensure that shipments containing ordered goods reach you as quickly as possible.
However, in the event of any issues affecting order fulfillment, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone about an extended processing time at the moment such a situation occurs.
In the case of made-to-order products (which have a longer lead time), we will make every effort to deliver the ordered goods as quickly as possible.

Shipping is carried out via UPS courier service from Germany:

A flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 15.00 applies; however, this fee depends on the weight of the shipment as well as the selected payment method.
All shipments are insured.
An invoice is included with every purchased product.
Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday.

Product Return Policy at MedicLine.pl

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a Consumer (a natural person making a purchase not related to business or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

3. Withdrawal Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail).
You may use the withdrawal form available on the MedicLine.pl website.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option).
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

5. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods manufactured to individual specifications, perishable goods, or goods with a short shelf life.
