Wall mounting — installation detail
The ESS03KS 392 mm has 3 mounting points on the INOX back plate — distinguishing it from smaller models with two points, and simplifying installation compared with the larger 517 mm frame (4 points). Three points provide stability for a full cap box (up to 100 pcs) without a tendency to rotate around the vertical axis.
392 mm frame (ESS03KS)
2 upper + 1 centre below. The mounting triangle provides stability without overloading a single point. Ideal for procedure rooms and operating block airlocks with limited wall space.
517 mm frame (reference)
3 upper + 1 below. The larger frame requires an additional mounting point for a full bulk box and better load distribution. For operating theatres and zones with high staff throughput.
Mounting procedure in 6 steps: (1) mark the position of the 3 holes using a template (or directly through the back plate), (2) drill ø6 mm holes (35-40 mm depth), (3) insert the wall plugs, (4) fasten with the M5 screws, (5) check level with a spirit level, (6) apply the ISO 7010 M017 pictogram if applied on site. Total time per dispenser: ~15 minutes.
Cap-type compatibility
Bouffant caps — bulk bag
Classic non-woven caps with elastic, packed in 100-1000 piece bags. Elastic and compressible — they pass through the round 001 aperture one at a time, without deformation. Standard in procedure rooms and operating-block reception areas.
Surgical caps — 100-piece boxes
Surgical caps with an elastomer, packed in standard boxes. A flat element passes through the 1.0 cm horizontal slot. Standard in the operating block material airlock and the sterile compounding pharmacy.
Net caps — compact boxes
Light net caps for short procedures and rooms of lower cleanliness classification. Also flat boxes — 1.0 cm vertical slot.
Compact caps — surgical turbans
Caps for neurosurgical teams with a longer lower section. Packed in elastic bulk bags — extraction through the round aperture.
